Tasks

  • Management and development of the Customer Success Team - selection, induction and motivation of employees

  • Fulfilment of defined KPIs, such as compliance with response times, to continuously improve performance

  • Actively promoting a continuous improvement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness

  • Flexible and proactive support of the team in operational tasks to ensure smooth operations

  • Ensure exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive action and solution finding

  • Promoting the professional development of team members through targeted training, individual coaching and continuous feedback

  • Regular reporting to sales management and monitoring of defined KPIs for continuous performance improvement

Qualification

  • Experience in customer care and passionate about delivering high quality service experiences

  • Extensive experience in the leadership function of a team

  • Motivation to delegate responsibility to employees in addition to team leadership

  • Excellent communication skills and always an open and empathetic ear

  • Enjoy challenges and lifelong learning

  • Flexibility, a sense of responsibility and determination

  • High level of identification with the company values and living these in the daily work environment
