In your leadership role, your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to continuously improve the process
Mentoring and coaching to further develop team skills in active sourcing and applicant management
Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators for adjustments as needed
Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders to fulfil their requirements
Monitoring the market and analysing trends for strategic adjustments within the team
Your main tasks in project work are
Targeted search and approach of suitable specialists as well as specialists and managers for various customer projects using active sourcing
Continuous development of the talent pool through regular social media activities
Sifting through incoming applications
Independently organising and conducting telephone interviews and personal interviews
Supporting candidates throughout the entire application process until they are hired
Close cooperation with sales and marketing
Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration with a specialisation in Human Resources Management or similar.
Alternatively, completed vocational training with experience in personnel, sales, sales, recruiting and marketing
Expertise in direct approach via social media (LinkedIn, Xing etc.)
Sound experience in applicant and candidate management
Very good knowledge of German and English
Willingness to occasionally travel to Dresden for remote work
Team player with a confident demeanour and customer-oriented mindset
