Telephone and written support of customers and international business partners
Processing of technical inquiries as well as application-specific design of exhaust gas purification systems
Interface between customers, internal specialist departments and sales partners
Troubleshooting and support in the elimination of technical malfunctions
Professional handling of customer issues of all kinds, such as the preparation of quotations and the review and approval of orders
Design of technical documents and product presentations
Technical training or degree
Professional experience in dealing with customers in a technical consulting capacity, e.g. in the chemical industry, front-end semiconductor manufacturing or mechanical engineering
Experienced MS Office user knowledge as well as proficient use of a graphics program
Confident knowledge of German and English
Enthusiasm for science and technology
Confident and professional appearance in dealing with internal and external customers
