Planning, development, modification and commissioning of equipment and devices (T&E) for the assembly / disassembly of engines and devices for the repair of engine parts
Management and collaboration in projects within the scope of repair development
Carrying out the capacity expansion of engine lines / shops
Optimisation of workflows and processes in equipment planning/development
Ensuring the documentation of equipment and devices in accordance with legal and LHT-specific requirements (material master data, test instructions, operating instructions, CE conformity)
Creation and implementation of specifications, tendering and procurement of equipment and devices, taking into account economic aspects and the LHT-relevant purchasing processes (in accordance with IQ-Move) in coordination with the purchasing department
Implementation of development projects within the scope of LHT development operations (EASA DOA 21J) as a design engineer (development, documentation, verification management)
Completed vocational training as a technical draughtsman
Several years of professional experience, preferably in project management and fixture construction
Sound knowledge of business management contexts
Good knowledge of general design and machine guidelines for the safe operation of machines and systems (e.g. CE, EN, DIN)
Good expertise of the individual engine parts to be machined, their materials and the repair procedures used
Good knowledge of the relevant aircraft construction regulations and other regulations relevant to LHT
Good user knowledge of SAP R/3 and MS Office as well as basic knowledge of CAD (Siemens NX, Teamcenter)
Good written and spoken English skills
Existing work permit for the EU
