  • Independent administration of training, qualifications and required licences in MINT, including independent processing of workflow, electronic archive and data transfer

  • Independent implementation of authorisation, licence application and entitlement processes with a focus on quality assurance, cost control and process-compliant documentation in accordance with current legislation

  • Continuous further development and support of record-keeping systems, filing structures, workflows and documentation

  • Effective deadline tracking and prioritisation of processes to avoid time overruns

  • Creation of QKPI reports for the transparent presentation of quality indicators

  • Responsibility for purchasing, invoicing of training, events, consulting services and successful clarification of enquiries


  • Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training or equivalent qualifications proven in individual cases

  • Professional experience in the aviation sector and expertise in technical documentation

  • Good knowledge of quality management, qualification and authorisation systems in the aviation sector and the relevant aviation regulations (internal and external)

  • Very good IT user knowledge, especially in MINT / ELO applications

  • Sound knowledge of English at at least C1 level

  • Willingness to participate in job-related further training and assignments at home and abroad

  • Existing work permit for the European Union
