Tasks

  • Operational support in international projects to change organisations and processes in purchasing and supply chain management, particularly in the areas of change management, communication and corporate culture
  • Implementation of derived measures as well as control and quality assurance of ongoing activities to ensure effective work results and processes
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of change and communication framework concepts for the global strategic orientation of Corporate Procurement to support the handling of changes
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the implemented measures
  • Conceptualising internal online and print media as well as designing and implementing content communication campaigns

Qualification

  • Completed university or university of applied sciences degree in economics, psychology or human resources
  • Professional experience and extensive methodological knowledge in the areas of project & change management, communication or organisational development
  • Very good IT user knowledge, especially with MS Office
  • Business fluent in English
  • Existing work permit for the EU
