Coordination of appointments
Planning and organization of business trips
Administration of contracts
Handling business correspondence
Meeting management and taking minutes
Preparation and follow-up of supervisory board meetings and annual general meetings
Preparation of documentation, presentations and statistics according to specifications
Handling internal and external correspondence
Collaboration on selected projects
Meeting management, taking minutes
Successfully completed commercial professional training
Several years of professional experience in the area of assistance to the management board
Experienced MS Office application skills
Business fluent in German and English
Discreet, flexible team player with strong communication skills
