  • Optimal selection and preparation of customer offices and meeting rooms for business meetings
  • Professional reception and introduction of customers at the Airbus Periport
  • Regular dispatch of information mails for customer loyalty
  • Careful maintenance of customer data in the internal administration system
  • Flexible organisation of customer transport "on demand" via various channels
  • Management of internal vehicle hire to customers (car pool management)

  • Preparation and support in the final delivery stage

  • Successfully completed commercial training paired with extensive professional experience
  • Extensive professional experience in customer service and administrative assistant roles
  • Expertise in Google Workspace
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Possession of a class B driving licence
  • Willingness to work a 2-shift system and to be on call two Saturdays per month
  • Valid work permit for the European Union
