Tasks

  • Ensure all customer orders and deliveries, including AOG (Aircraft On Ground)
  • Submit and analyse demand forecasts, including demand plans and forecast analyses
  • Monitoring, placing and tracking of orders
  • Daily monitoring of the supply chain and close collaboration with repair shops
  • Proactively notifying customers of order status and progress
  • Analysing late deliveries and managing recovery plans
  • Contributing to improvement projects, such as digitalisation processes and future ways of working

Qualification

  • Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, supply chain management, logistics or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in aerospace and supply chain management
  • Basic knowledge of project management required
  • Experience in aerospace, Airbus and customer service / customer relationship is an advantage
  • Initial user knowledge with SAP
  • Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is desirable
  • Existing work permit for the EU
