We are available to our clients as a recruiting partner. As a team, we take responsibility for the entire recruitment process or parts of it, depending on the needs and requirements of our clients. Teamwork is required here, as we support each other in the projects or work in small project teams. Sometimes we support our customers temporarily for a few months, other projects run for several years - this results in a nice variety, which at the same time brings a team feeling through the permanent and long-term cooperation in our team. We provide induction training at ARTS and for each customer project, and an experienced ARTS team member will be at your side as a mentor during the projects.

Supporting the recruitment team in identifying, selecting and hiring qualified candidates
Entering and maintaining applicant data and checking that it is up-to-date, of good quality and complete
Supporting the creation and publication of posts on social media
Coordinating application processes and communicating with applicants
Documenting and recording the results in the respective tool
Creating meaningful candidate profiles and compiling documents for the recruiting team
Continuous expansion of the talent pool and support of the recruiting team in active sourcing
Completed commercial vocational training or experience in personnel, sales, sales, recruiting and marketing
Experience in interviewing and social skills
Enjoy working in various social media channels (LinkedIn, Xing etc.)
Very good knowledge of German and English
Team player with a confident demeanour and customer-oriented mindset
