Tasks

  • Management and development of the sales team - selection, induction and motivation of employees

  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and strengthen market presence

  • Continuous monitoring of team performance and ensuring target achievement through performance analyses and coaching

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships and resolving customer concerns and enquiries

  • Identifying optimisation potential in sales processes and efficient budget management

  • Creating reports on sales activities and analysing sales data to identify trends and development potential

  • Promoting open communication and resolving conflicts within the team

  • Continuously monitoring the market and adapting the sales strategy to current market developments

Qualification

  • Experience in sales and leading a team

  • Motivation to delegate responsibility to employees in addition to team leadership

  • Excellent communication skills and always an open and empathetic ear

  • Enjoy challenges and lifelong learning

  • Flexibility, a sense of responsibility and determination

  • Fluency in English
